Don't know what is to become of the old ones, but I imagine they'll be phased out at some point and the url forwarded to this one.

What was wrong with the old boards anyway? I actually missed the whole part of moving to some newer forum system; just followed the crowd.

if the page is slow, goto your control panel and turn off avatars, it'll load a little faster

you can also turn off sigs to speed up loading on slower connections. Personally, with my dsl line, I've noticed no slowdown...in fact, it's actually faster for me.
