Hey,

I've got some problems with my trigger for func_door. When you stand on it the door stays open. How can I make it to be used once?

If you give the door "wait" "-1" it will stay open after it gets used.

You can also specify the trigger as a trigger_once so it can only be used one time.

When I add wait -1 when can a player use it again then?

The player isn't really using the door, they're using a trigger that activates the door. If the door is wait -1 then it still obeys the trigger, it just doesn't automatically close. If the trigger is a trigger_once then the door will stay open forever since you told it not to close automatically and the trigger can't be used a second time.
