i think and i am saying think you need to update you installing stuff get the latest patches and stuff on your computer ..

hey man i was just searching and maybe its your anti virus or firewall stopping it when you upload your new programs turn off your firewall ananti virus and a ssoon as you download and install turn it straight back on mate try that ok and get back to us

It says this to every radiant you download and try installing, from every place it has you have downloaded it from it still give you the same error?

I dont really know what to do, as i have never encountered this problem myself. I guess you could try restarting your computer and then try re-downlaoding radiant.
