I am using cod2 radiant and I am trying to join 2 simple terain patchs. I select both items then press the v key. Then in the tutorials it say to use ctrl+k key. No luck so I looked in the radiant key command list and it has tollerant weld set up as poo-poo+j But that is still not working. Any ideas

If you are trying to weld two vertice points use the W key.

If you have lined up exactly the vertices on the joining edges, select both of the patches, but don't press "v", press "w".

You use "v", to join individual points, not the whole patch.

'V' only displays the vertises and does not join them.

Right.

I can see by not writing what I was actually thinking how that might confuse someone. Didn't mean to confuse you, TAC_Sisco.

"V" shows vertices, "W" welds them, just like "W" welds patches.
