This is probably a noob question but i am a noob and i didnt see anything on this stuff so i thought i'd ask. first off how do you rotate objects? secondly when you make a map how do you get it on your dedicated server "acceptible maps" list?

select the object in your 2d viewport more than once. Multiple selects give you different options such as rotate.

For the server, you want to use Bspzip (or Pakrat) to include all of your necessary files into the one bsp. Include:
- mapname.bsp : your compiled map
- mapname.txt : your readme
- mapname.ain : the ai file created when you play-tested your map
- mapname.cache : a list of sounds for preloading created when you play-tested your map
- any custom textures, etc

Now, the SDK was installed with Bspzip. But you have to use it from the command prompt and this isn't easy for everyone. You can instead use Pakrat: http://www.geocities.com/cofrdrbob/pakrat.html

The instructions are there. And don't let the program pack your files in all-caps. Make sure the naming of your files is correct. You'll know what I mean if it happens.
