If you are looking for tutorials on Maya only, then head over to 3dbuzz.com and join up. They have a huge section for video tutorials on Max / Maya / XSi. (After you sign up, click on the video training button on the home page)

There's nothing on CoD but there is an extensive set of videos on DoomIII editing (which uses radiant) although I don't think they ever went as far as creating custom content.

If no-one can help here, then there are dedicated CoD sites on the net which might be able to help you get models into CoD from Maya. However, a word of warning, you are using the PLE version which is obviously different from the retail version. The plugins for Maya are never guaranteed to be interchangeable between versions. If you find a model exporter for Maya make sure that it is for the PLE version.

Good luck with the modelling.

PS. 3DBuzz is one of the best 3D sites on the web. Their tutorials are awesome. If you can't learn from them ... well 'nuff said ;)
