You really shouldn't be using the editor or compiling with loads of custom maps/mods in your main folder, it causes untold problems m8... Try removing all the custom maps to a seperate folder outside of your Call of Duty 2 folder, at least while you use the editor/compiler. These maps require moving outside of your Call of Duty 2 folder... C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 2\main\zz_flak.iwd (13 files) C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 2\main\zzz_uZa_Farm_Village_v1.iwd (18 files) C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 2\main\mp_web.iwd (23 files) C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 2\main\mp_race.iwd (16 files) C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 2\main\mp_passendale.iwd (36 files) C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 2\main\mp_market.iwd (6 files) C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 2\main\mp_little_ville.iwd (18 files) C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 2\main\m20.iwd (113 files)

y cant it load the d3dbsp? It can't load it 'cause it didnt write it. Pull out all those mods and other maps. Don't play the game with the CoD2 that you map with. Next you have several duplicate and degenerate brushes to deal with...use the brush numbers to locate them in your map and fix them. Third, how much memory do you have? I had the same error for a long time and could not compile...posted many posts trying to get a fix. Ended up increasing my virtual memory in the control panel to 1024 and 2048. Radiant, the compiler, everything works perfectly now.
