As some of you might have been aware, JT managed to get a court-ruling to preview the game BULLY before it went on sale, trying to prove that the Teen rating was insufficient.

However, it all blew up in his face when the Judge found for Take Two and said there was nothing to stop BULLY shipping as planned.

JT immediately threw his rattle to the ground, stomped his feet, soiled his nappy, and started bawling. Well .. not literally, but he did do what he does best, and immediately wrote a letter in the language and prose that only JT can write, and immediately went on the offensive against the Judge (who until the ruling had been his best friend .. in the world .. ever!)

JT's worst nightmare come true

indeed great news for the community - and aptly put

ive read JTs letter of rebuttle or dsgust to the judge - and all i can really say (for now) is that it sounded a whole lot like: WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

ive been sick and in bed for the past 2 days.....and this is literaly taking my pain away..i am not kidding...ty jesus!

It's like I said before, despite his ability to raise our collective ire, sometimes the best weapon against the groups who oppose gaming is an individual like JT. The situation would be more difficult if he were more....mature...in his rhetoric. Hissy fits don't further a cause in the courtroom, but they do make for enjoyable reading.
