.pk3 is just a file extension, you can create it the same way as you would any file, such as a .zip!

if u have winrar or win zip all you have to do is: -select all the folders that goes into your map -right click em -go to add the archieve -select zip -put a .pk3 instead of a .zip at the end -press enter

go to http://www.rarlab.com If that doesn't work then go to the Making A PK3 tutorial in CoD Mapping Section for the link to download it.

Here at modsonline we suggest you use pakscape instead of WinZip or WinRar, it can be found in the download section of this site.
