Clips are never visible in game.

For clipset 1 you'll be drawing out clips that model the upper half of the undamaged bunker. So you can temporarily set the model to the undamaged bunker while you clip it. For the Rhine Valley bunker, the undestroyed model would be:

xmodel/mp_bunker_rhinevalley

For Foy:

xmodel/mp_bunker_foy

For Kursk:

xmodel/mp_bunker_kursk

For Italy:

xmodel/mp_bunker_italy

If you're having trouble with accidentally selecting the model when trying to clip it, click the "disable selection of entities" button. It's the black E with a red circle/line through it towards the right side on the top.

As I said, take a look at the mp_foy .map file to see a visual of what I explained here. Select one clip brush from the bunker, drag it somewhere then undo it, this will select the entire cullgroup so you can see what clips are part of which clipset. I think I left this out of the tutorial, but I believe the ladder brush is part of Clipset 1.
