So I made a custom skin set for my clan, and it won't work on the server, it will work on a local game that I start or anybody makes. All that the .pk3 file has in it is; example(i'm not going to list every skin i made): skins/weapon_name.dds The filesize is around 11MB if that has to do anything with it...

Custom skins usually don't work on "pure" servers.....

they will work if the server also got the skin and placed in folder mod/main
