i made a cliff using the cliff model and for some reason i can walk straight through it. how do i fix this? edited on Aug. 7, 2006 07:20 pm by yoyoyo

what is a collision file? and i cant put a clip around it cause the player needs to be able to climb up the cliff

K. Each model was given a group of clip brushes that correspond to it. It used to be a be problem with COD1 radiant, but I guess it's also a COD2 problem too. All models have these clip brushes, but not every model is given one in the game. You'll have to make a clip brush that exactly replicates the cliff, only you must make it out of clip brushes. If you don't want to do that, then look up on how to get the clip brush files for individual models (called colmaps or something...).
