I NEED A GOOD GUILDE to map making i cant even make a building the other guildes i tried where way to hard can u give me a good simple guilde very simple..............

Plz give me a guild or a website i can go to for a easy guild ive been trying to get it to work for a month

i am so lost, do you mean a clan? bingo, ur at the right site to learn to map. just calm down a bit and read the tutorials. they are very simple...and if you find them that hard to where you cant understand them i guess my question is. are you able to do intermedate things with a comp?

such as...

1. follow a directory

2. change file extentions

3. know basically where somthing should be in (lets just say CoD2) just by the name of the file. (meaning like, what folder would this be in since this is a animation script?)

its very basic but i call it intermedate because on my friends test at college a question was "If you move your mouse and it hits the keyboard, what do you do?" and like "How do you turn off the moniter without the computer being shut down?" lmao!!

anyways, that is the very basic things you need to know and i have encounter ppl who want me to show them how to map but i just simply cant teach them because they dont know how to follow a directory. i am meaning no offense with any of this.

There is no better site for learning mapping, so you're in the right place.

Start with the CoD and CoDUO tutorials, they are generally applicable to COD2, particularly the beginners tutororials.

Then, as you come up with issues, errors, and questions, search the forums to see if you can find the answer. 99% of all questions can be answered with a quick search, and you'll have your answer in seconds.

If you can't find the answers by searching, post a specific question.

"Help!" is difficult to reply to unless you tell us what you're having a problem with. So....what exactly isn't coming together for you?
