I've checked out the kam6 level. It seems that they've used a normal brush with a glass texture and that's it, but it won't work if i try that in my map. I also can't find that func_glass option. Does somebody know how i can add that breakable glass into my (sp) level?

There are some differances between SP and MP executables, so if the MP way doesn't work (which is what I'm gathering from your post) I'm not sure what to tell you other than google pwns...
