If i'm right then you can play it on all the Fx cards, but it was actually ment for dx9 so thats why you cant actually map with that card..

what would be wrong with it the editor i tried setting it up with tht thing you showed me but wouldn't i have to only copy those things in if i installed the map making thing in a dif directory?

I thought the tutorial explained a litle more about installing the editor, it actually only tells you how to set up the models, which you will need to do anyway. However the editor should be installed into the "call of duty 2" directory.

I did install it there dunno if this has anything to do with it but i used to be able to have cod 2 in dx 9 but now i can't this doesn't have anything to do with the drivers i got installed by any chance? I've got the dna-drivers based on the 81.35 nvidia drivers

You never can tell, maybe try a stock driver and see if it helps.

I tried using the stock drivers yet it still don't work. cod 2 doesn't work in dx 9 anyway all i get is the same green and brown squares so i guess veef a fx 5200 don't work properly :(

Forget tht I re-installed my original drivers and it working now!!! yay!!!! Now i can try and map! well now i can try and make a skybox but don't know what to put in it!
