He was wondering how to make a shiny fullmon
Is there a model or a texture?

It's pretty easy to edit into a custom sky texture using photoshop and a cloud filter on a white circle. You may need to play with the positioning and shape of the "circle" since it can get distorted in the final sky compile.

The sun file for mp_decoy has a moon displayed in Dx9 you could rename that file to your mapname and you would have a moon.

i also am building my first map and wanted a moon
but i settled for sky_rainvillers
if you took the time to photoshop a moon onto a sky i think rainvillers would be the best one to use as a base.
