can some 1 tel me how i can bring my map online?(stap by stap please) i have a d3dbsp,d3dprt and a gsc file whats next?

thanx for help but still 1 problem. I made my .iwd file with bsp and gsc files, but if i put it in the main map, start cod2 and start new server i dont see it at the maps HELP
