Hey all -

Just wanted to show off some work from Vertigo Studios.

Unbound Forces is a near-future tactical combat total conversion for Call of Duty 2. I cann it tactical combat because the Tactical Response Unit (TRU) are a group of highly-trained, stealthy operatives with no official legal grounding whatsoever. They are practically freelancers, however all work under the same name with the same goals. They are, however, not specific to any single nation or government.

TRU is poised against ruthless Mercenaries with one goal - make money. TRU has very high-tech weaponry and technology, including modified M4 carbine (with more than 8 modification attachments), Silenced Socom pistol, flash bangs, tear gas, night vision, and much more. The Mercenaries are relatively low-tech, wielding SPAS Assault Shotguns, Heavy MG's, frag grenades, proximity mines, and dual-berettas. The highest tech item this team has is motion-sensors.

TRU uses the dark to its advantage.

With that out of the way, our feature list is pretty large, and we're working at it as we speak. As for our core gametype, we have our custom game mode, "Operation" which is multiple-objective based. At this time I can't reveal more information, but it's going to be like nothing you've played before.

You see the collapse of the building caught in time-lapse in the first scene, and just a factory in the other screenshot. This map is very nice, and great representation of the quality you can expect from Vertigo Studios' developers.

UF_Refinery is pretty well-rounded. Just a few more things to do before it is done, and we'll release media of that map with our next *official* press release.
