I've been looking for the prefabs (if they exist) for the railroad tracks and haven't found them. Do they exist? Do I need to unrar some of the IWD files, import from COD/ UO or do I need to make my own?

I'm sure this is an idiot question but I could bang my head against a wall for the next hour or ask it.

I know there are box car models, but I've not seen anything for the tracks and ties. I HAVE seen textures for like the wooden railroad ties (you have to use the surface editor to set it to the one you want).
This is a good question too as I'm thinking of making a map with a cart that rolls down some tracks out of control. I'm going looking right now for it. If I find something I'll post it here, or someone else may know and post it here first.

Not finding any I made my own. One is for ground usage and the other for a bridge.

was the actual rail a model? Those like really nice and proper. Would you share them? Credit would be given of course.

I'm going to leave them as is. They're the right size for a bridge and on ground you want to bury them up to close to the top edge of the sleepers anyways. ( I didn't know the cross pieces were called that before t'night)

Here's the prefab. I just left the ground tracks in there but it's very easy to convert it to a bridge track.

They're actually called railroad ties. The only thing I would suggest is to rotate the texture on the ties so they lay horizontal.
