Today, MODSonline increased the FTP space limit for Preferred Plus Members to 100Mb. We are also allowing for HTTP redirect from your server. This means that you can keep your custom game maps in your FTP space here so that those joining your server can download them. FTP space on MODSonline requires subscription to a Preferred Plus account. See what other great benefits you get from subscription.

I'm not sure, but I don't think the admins would make a decision like this if it could have a downside to the site and it's services.

We considered the possible pitfalls of what we are allowing and it shouldn't affect the performance of the website. Plus, if this become popular enough, it simply means we have more subscribers. And that means we can increase the performance of our equipment.
