a couple days ago. i was happily enjoying my patch 1.22. yet, i felt that the game was perfect at patch 1.2 with the sniper but EA had to go and screw up everything (except sniper) in 1.21. then in 1.22 they did sumthing, i dont know what. i see no difference. now 1.3 comes out because EA IS TOO STUPID TO KNOW HOW TO MAKE A GAME RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!!! and now i cant even play. i join servers. load the maps. i hit that "join" button on the bottom right and it crashes to my desktop. i tried on 3 differet servers. all updated.

so is it my comp (highly doubt it) or has EA screwed up again because they are damn losers?

this is one reason i hate patches. if companies would delay the game enough to make it good that would be great. after all. sumone told me this that i will never forget, it was sumthing like, dont rush to get somthing done, we would rather wait a couple weeks so its done right. if only EA were smart enough. this is one major downfall for PC gaming, companies make the games half ass and think that patches fixes everything. now EA has screwd up even more.

I never succeeded in playing more than 5 or 10 minutes. The game always crash. However my system have all that is requested and even more. This game was really really badly made.

yes, makes me really really ify on getting battlefield 2142 and instead putting that money to starting my clan instead and make a better version but instead a mod for a different game. the expansion came out...only thing that interest me is the vehicles. the maps probably suck.

theres not much you can do. i have the same problems. i click join and it crashes to the desktop. i'll play for 5 or 10 minutes and i'll loose connection (this happens very often and its never happened with any other patch so surely its not my computer) though EA does give the consumer alot of problems, i gotta cut them some slack cause when i do get to play bf2, i really enjoy it. and they have a whoooole lot of people to keep happy and satisfied. so with that many people (around the world) you cant keep them all happy.

BF2 Patches are always rubbish and also take ages to patch your BF2
