ok im realy pi**ed becouse editor is not working right. The main problem is my card (GeForce 4 Titanium 4200). I was thinking a little what to do with this and I come up with an idea, but im not sure if it 'll work. Is there any chance to edit computers register, that he 'll recognize that u have DX9 card or just to change editors register that he 'll not check the card or that he 'll recognize DX9 automatically??

The editor needs a DX9 card to run. You can't "trick" your computer into thinking your card can support DX9, because the texture renderer on your card won't support DX9.
The problem is not in the registery.. it's in your card. Your card is just not able to use the DX9 renderer, and thus won't display the textures in the editor.

And.. the editor is not "broken" so there is nothing to repair.
The fact that a DX7 card could play CoD2 was a bonus. but it was not meant to be played on a DX7 card. Hence why textures look terrible and water doesn't work right in DX7.

fourzerotwo on iw forums is getting ppl to send pc specs to him if they cant use the editor , so hopefully DX7 users will be able to use it ( includiong me 9250 )

As I already said, CoD2 running with DX7 was a bonus. Be glad you could at least play the game. CoD2 was developed for DX9, and so was the editor.

Damn lucky i say... soon all you people out there with crappy vid cards arnt gonna be able to play any new games.. well atleast ones that are to cheap or lazy to go buy a new vid card. i buy a new one every 5-12 months just to keep up to date with games.
