I del the skybox and put a new one in and when i compile its still there. Tried all sorts of selects and views still cant see it in editor. I would be thankful for any help. Its all the way up at the skybox top hen i flot up in spectate.

Have you checked your filters there could be something blocking it, also make sure there isnt any caulk in the way that also blocks it out, i have had that problem before.

If that don't work what allen is saying..

1.make a brush around your whole map.. *so small as possible* so everything is in that brush, ONLY your map, not your skybox.

2. with still having the brush where your level is in selected, press the 'select inside' button the 12th button from the left in radiant 2.

3. now you got everything what was in that bruh sselected, so your whole map exept for the sky box

4.Now open up a new map, the editor will ask you if you want to save any changes, press no, then the editor will ask you to copy the selection, press yes.. now your map is in a new map.

5. move the map on the 2d screen pretty far some where else, not on the original place.

6. press escape so everything is deselected, make a new skybox and make the worldspawn values over.

7. delete the files you got with the last compile.. and re-compile it, or rename it.. so you got a new fresh file.

Why you have to do this.., well if you make a brush so tight as possible around your map.. and select everything that is inside that brush, i hope that some invisible errors that is causing that thing, is not selected,

and why you have to move it far from it's original coordinates in the new map? so that if an error was coming with the map hopefully with when replacing the selecet teh error isn't coming with it.. and actually it is just a mental thing for me.. that i have the idea that everything is on a new fresh place:P..

why rename it or delete last files under smae name.. so that the pc is making a totally new file.. not overcpying or whatsoever.. also something mentally for me.. that i have the idea is everything is new and fresh and errors are gone..:P

maybe some people are saying now i'm crazy.. but try it.. ;) it worked several times for me when i worked on my map mp_stcomedumont..

any questions.. the_first_wave@hotmail.com

good luck and tell me if it worked ;)

What I would personally do is make sure everything under the view options is selected. Then I would scan the area between that glitch and the ground to find anythin blocking out the sky.
