Most videotutorials (or maybe even all) have been recorded with a program called "Camtasia". It's expensive, but on their site you can also download a free trial version.

It's great to see that you are interested in making some tutorials. I would recommend download Camtasia Studio 3.1 and using the screen recorder. The only downside to this great program, is that hen the 30 day trial is over, you have to pay $299 to keep using it. The studio package comes with some create software though.
