http://geshp.com/help.jpg My viewport is LOCKED in this position and I can't get it to change to any of the three views. I've tried reinstalling and clearing out my files. Nothing'll make it budge.

move your cursor to the right edge of the white window it will turn into this <--> left click and hold and drag the height window back to the left

tha's not locked.. that's the z view window... Do thism slowly: Move your mouse pointer from the 3d screen to the left towards the z view. When you reach the grey think between them, your mouse pointer should change to two black arrows. Press your left mouse button and drag your mouse to the right again. This opens the 2d window.. it's actually between those two grey bars.

uh... from what it looks like your 2d window is at zero width in the middle of your screen. drag the left of the two vertical bars in the middle of your screen to the left. from your ss, the only sketching window you have is the one that shows height.
