hey, im fairly new to this, i was gonna make a prefab of my house but i have no idea where to start, my house is jsut a normal mediaum sized house with a pointy roof, where can i start, any help will be appreciated

take a look in the tutorials section on the left

not just for cod2 but for cod & codUO - there are alot of tutorials there on getting familiar with the editor, as well as how to do the very basic things

oh sugar, wrong forum sry, was meant for cod:uo, and i know how to use the editor and things like that but i jsut dont know where 2 start

Open up mp_foy and study closely how they constructed the American spawn house (which is extremely simple). Or you could look at the mp_dawnville sample map. Go look at other maps and turn on the triangles mode (where you see the lines instead of just the finished product, probably something like "r_showtris".) Study them closely, look at where they added detail and where they dropped detail.

RhineValley is probably a good one with all of the spawn houses. Barbarossa and Smolensk also have half a dozen simple houses that are very good examples of low-impact (on framerate) styles.

It helps if you go and look at real-world houses and how they are constructed. While you won't replicate every single board in a map, it's useful to know how things are put together in real-life.
