When you add a misc_prefab to your map you get a KEY:model and a VALUE:prefabs/materials/ladder
I'm guessing thats a prefab you have made, since its not one of the stock ones.So check your prefab for problems.

I don't see a prefabs/materials folder in my map_resource folder.Where did you find that prefab.

Now your really confusing me.That path does not make any sence.
If its a misc_model it would be 2d>misc>model then you select an xmodel.Theres no material in there. If its a prefab it would be 2d>misc>prefab then you select a prefab.Maybe you could explain what your doing better.

well, the path is correct

when i do 2Dscreen>misc>model>xmodels and i select a model, i only see a square, while someone else sees the model itself.

it is very strange...

If your only seeing a square box, either you haven't extracted the xmodel folder from iw_13.iwd to your main folder,or your viewing the entities as a bounding box.To check for that go to the top bar then go View>Entities As>skinned.

That still doesn't answer your first question. So what xmodel or prefab is it.

Ok, i extracted the files from the iw_13.iwd, i selected a model from the xmodels folder.

Vieuw>Entities as>wireframe

after i did that, i selected a model, and now i can see it.

and everything works as it should :D

thnx anyway for helping me out :D

Why am I having sooo much trouble with Radiant. Ok I put the iw_13.ied files in my CoD main went to Radiant and right clicked on misc and went to models went to CoD main clicked on iw_13 and clicked on x models and they came up as boxes changes the view and everything. I have a feeling I messed up, and i think i know where. But I don't know how to fix it...

Ok fixed it, I didn't delete the iw_13 part of where i wanted to extract it.
