When i select all the options the tutrials say the black window pops up like normaly but says, the system cannot exicute specified program. What did i do wrong?

already did that i can get it open and find my map just cant get it to compile it right

Did you save your map and where? Do you have the same settings as the screenshot: http://img186.imageshack.us/img186/2390/naamloos0wh.jpg Browse for your Call of Duty 2 directory to make your maps show up. In the upper left corner.

Yea i have the problem where i cant even open the CompileTools program, i get this error that sais "The application failed to initialize properly (oxc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application." I downloaded the files CoD_Art said to but when i downloaded "d3dx9_27.dll" and extracted it, it came out as a program i cant open. I didnt know which folder to extract it to either. If someone can tell me what else i could do to try to make this work please help me. Im ready to freak out.
