i think so look at my SOF2 tutorial it says how u add one in sof2 (should work for COD too [maybe])

I think it is possible, im not so good in scripting and stuff but im almost sure its possible. Lets say, that when the player presses de [use] key at a screen of the camera, you make it that the player gets teleported to the place where the camera is. But then you make it in the script that the player can only look, has no weapons and is invisible for enemies. Maybe, i dont know, but maybe someone can sort this out and write a script for it.

That sounds at least possible.. it will require some scripting.. and: the person pressing the trigger would suddenly disappear from in front of the screen.. which would be a bit awkward. Also, the player will have to be invincable while in "camera mode" because else a stray bullet to the camera position would kill him. And because the player is not in front of the screen he can't be killed while watching the camera...
