Two short questions - how do you create a prefab of, say, a single building, then open that in another map for placement? Also, how do you make circular or irregular shaped windows (like the windows on the church steeple in Foy)?

1) Select the house, goto Edit -> Save selection as prefab.
To load it into another map go to Edit -> Load prefab.

2) Use the clipper tool. There is a tutorial on how to use it in the CoD tutorial section.

I can answer the first one, edit > save selection as prefab ...
(make sure you have the whole building selected, obviously)

As for curved windows, just experiment until you find something that looks how you want it. There are many different ways of doing it.

Edit:
You beat me to it by a few seconds
