Hello all!

Im planning on creating an anti-cheat MOD, how it will work is it will scan the clients cod2 folder for unpure dlls. bcuz most hacks come with a dll that is d3d9.dll that u have to put in the cod2 folder. is this possible?

My friend has an anti-hack system on his server i know it works it has kicked alot of people, his server company provide it, so it must be possible

Yes, it's possible (it's one of the things PB does in CoD and CoDUO).. however.. it's not exactly allowed to do this without the player agreeing in some countries (if you might remember installing the 1.4 update which installed PB had an EULA which stated it was going to do this!).

PB will be incorporated in the CoD2 update. I'd wait for that if I were you.

edit: and also.. if it's your server, you can always kick and/or ban players yourself if you think they're cheating.
