If you haven't already, read the press release below: http://www.cod2hq.com/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=81 This could mean very good things for the CoD2 PC sector... Because with our patch we'll get PunkBuster, new maps, and possible an SDK! I am very excited of this news. Tell your friends!

I guess its good news. My first reaction was anger. They released the PC game before GayBox360 but they make the patch first to Gbox360. That makes me feel that they think that console gamers are more important than us PC nerds. Anyhow, they hopefully will be releasing it before summer (I wish, not much time to play in the summer) First of April would not be a cool day for release... Im in Amsterdam partying at that time and my friends would be playing the updated cheater free COD2 before me. Finally, after a long time of actions and waiting, the patch for Xbox 360 is released. Now let's hope this means the patch for the PC is released soon, with the SDK. Anyway, this is SOOOOO GOOOD NEWS

They release the same info over and over it's getting old already "We will include PunkBuster" Yippy freakin dippity doo.. How about releasing the freaking thing already the gaybox360 is no longer an excuse you can use to hide behind. You tell us the news that you remade Harbor and don't inform us enough about Rhine but you could've included some kind of damn screenshots to actually show us what you are saying is true and not BS like you've been doing to us the PC game owners since you were forced to make the patch. IW you better get this right because I'm freaking fed up with your fake promises.

Well hopefully now 360 patch is out PC one wont be long. As much as i hate saying it, the big companies are spending more time on Consoles now rather than our lovely PC's. Quote: blame Microsoft Ok it might only be a rumour, like so many things. But what i heard was PC patch has been ready for 2/3 weeks now, but Microsoft wont let IW/ACT release it until Xbox 360 patch is out. I hear you say how can Mircosoft hold a realse of patch that they dont make. Well Mircosoft being the a**holes that they are have prolly said something like, if you dont release PC patch same time as 360 patch, we dont want IW/ACT making/realeasing anymore games for Xbox. That was posted in another forum under "CoD2 Patch News", if it is true we shouldnt have to wait long:)

Sweet! Now maybe the PC Patch will actually come out before S.T.A.L.K.E.R.!!!!!!!! ALL RIGHT!!!!! but seriously I'm not going to knock Activision for the smart business decision there--I bet activision won some brownie points if not some serious dough for waiting to release them together. I just wish there was some damn solidarity with companies that have made huge ripples on the pc gaming platform (ahem, activision, ahem, flicking microsoft) Um, assbox360 can go to hell.
