So far as I can tell this isn't in any of the other topics, I want to know how you name charaters which spawn, I have tried using the spawner.name but the problem I think is that it has the same name as one of the vehicle nodes because it is a paratrooper.
Does anyone know how I can fix this?

In CoD I think it's done like this (I don't map for SP, so I know **** about it :p):

Another way for single player is just this very simple thing:

Key: Script_friendname
value:whatever you want to name him

Just click on th actor and add that info and your done.
