Hello everyone,

When the editor comes out i want to start my own mod, im allready planning stuff like modellers, mappers, skinners. But i wonder if there are some music composers on this forum.

I know Tall_guy_Greg was a composer cause he working on the SPR mod, I tried to contact him, but he doesnt react on my mails and he isnt online at MSN.

So i really hope that there are some other composers on this forum. BTW the kind of music would be Russian.

I am also interested in seeing who out there is a composer. I used to compose my onw music, but I haven't done it in 5 years and I fear my skills have gone down.

theres a lot of music out there(on the internet) im sure you can something that fits, rather then hiring a composer..

Be carefull of using music already composed, dont breach copyright laws.

Yeh, but most music is clearly marked whether it is Copyrighted or royality free. Always a good idea to check though.

ah..forgot about the copyright stuff...watch out for that damn RIAA

Try getting FL Studio(Froot Loops) 4 or 5, compose your own.

That kind of music i want for my mod can not be made with Fruity Loops. The kind of music i want a composer to make is like the composer James Horner.

cant you use copyrighted music, but when you start getting money because of it, thats when it becomes illegal?
on a side note, what kind of 'russian' music are you looking for? theres many styles
