Is there a way to easily make the angles for a roof (A-Frame) correct?

I've tried just flipping the one side of the roof, but in order for that to work that measurement has to reach perfectly to the center of the roof...it would take a long time to get them both to connect perfectly with equal over-hang and such wouldn't it?

I just use the faithful clipper tool. I make a huge box and place it on top of the four walls, then go to the side view in radiant and clip each of the 2 sides and remember the number of boxes I went up and in the x dir (slope of the clip line) and do the same for the other side. Then I do it again for each side to make the roof have a thickness so that the roof doesn't look like a simple triangle on four walls. Just delete the excess around the roof, then you'll have your roof. Then just make the two sides of the house higher, then clip the top ends of those 2 brushes to make a triangle. I'm pretty sure brent will help you with more detail though...
