it should be possible with the right plugins for maya to convert to Milkshape 3D and then into Xmodel

don't know if those plugins exist

I have done a little searching and it looks like no plugins for cod/coduo or cod2. It looks like cod2 models are built in 3dsmax.
Anyone else find anything?[mad]

just export models made in maya to the .OBJ format. import them into 3dsmax and voila.

little problem if you don't have 3dsmax it's pretty hard to import them into 3dsmax
