Well, After COD2's slightly modder-unfriendly arival i want to know what game is MODSonline looking toward in the near future, 2006 is surely going to spring a hole band of new games (and hopefully some patches and an expansion pack for the new addition).

So what games seem to be the next victim - if any?

i vote for STALKER... if it comes out in 2006 that is

hehehe... stalker. I really wish that game had already come out, but I don't think it will be all that "new" when it finally does.

There is one game that can't quite remember the name of since it's so new. Damn.. If I remember, I will come back and post it. It was mentioned in an early episode of MODSonair. It had great looking effects.

Other than that, I am working on a project regarding Quake 4 that I can announce at the end of January.

bf2 is totally moddable , since they have an SDK ( hint , hint ) and get help from EA

No, i mean is there any limitations or things that would put a possable mapper/modder off modding the game.

BF2 still has some modification limitations. That might be fixed with the next editor release. Right now, you must have Maya 6 to make objects for the game.... or you have to do alot of extra work in 3D Max to get them into the game. Dice should have made an exporter for more than one version of Maya.

.. and no, those were not the games. I am thinking of something that may come out in 2006 or 2007.
