So? The XBOX 360 CoD suffers from lag.

Can be box or can be game but that doesnt matter... Its released. People do own a laggy game to play.

Same as CoD2 for PC. Most players must set their graphics cards on lowest possible settings and still the game doesnt run and views as it did in CoD:UO. And this kinda problems aint the same as the normal glitches or whaever you always have when ya release a new game. But...its released.

People are saying activision dont give a damn about us because they already have our money, well i dont think thats true

Activision still need support from all us cod 2 players, think about it, if they make a cod 3 (which i heard they are) then there still gonna have to keep all the community happy which means they will try there best to help us and support cod 2.

Everybody just has to be patient and wait, the strike is a stupid idea, wot happens if the strike pisses iw off and they decide not to release the tools or make us wait longer before they release them, to show there the guys with the power.

Activision want to keep a good name so for those who say activision dont give a damn cos they already got our money, YA WRONG!

I think we dont have to be scared of them.... even as we would go on strike for a whole week. [tongue]

But like the lady said in the IWN respond:
Quote:
We realize that our fate is closely tied to the success of Call of Duty 2. We owe it to you guys and ourselves to make the best game that we can.

And I believe this doesnt mean we as community can go boss-ing them around. It's simply not ready yet.

And lets hope they finnish first Cod2 properly before they even start thinking about and pre-selling CoD3 the next time. [crazy]

Well, I can't see Activision kowtowing to a few people who want things their way or its the highway.

They have made money and I can tell you from looking around the REAL COD communities, they won't lose that much if CCA takes their ball and goes home. Plenty of people saying they like the game as it is. It does need an AC but so didn't COD 1.

That doesn't include the 1000s that don't go online to forums to voice their opinions.

This is boiling down to some modders getting their panties in a twist because they didn't get the new toy/tool upon release of the game. I keep reading "if I don't get it real soon, I'm leaving the community," big whoops, leave then, we don't need to know and as they say about doors and butts.....

Totally agree with you ... and when the tools/patch do come out you'll see all those people coming back as if the strike never happened.

Patience is a virtue, the tools/patch shall come. Meanwhile, go out and enjoy the holiday season with your family.

Im extremely disappointed with the game in general. I played COD and then UO. It was great.
Just paid 50 bucks for this and graphics aside, COD2 is a step backwards. If you want the best of the 3, get UO. I wish I had read some reviews now.
For 50 bucks you get a couple extra maps and then the same ole COD maps with edits. Thats cheep. I guess if you bought it for the single player then it might be ok, but I only got it for the multi...so I feel like COD2 is a rip-off. Now Im so glad that I only paid one month on that 20 man server. Gonna try to get it changed to COD-UO. WHen i do...I will hand out my CD key to whoever wants it for COD2.

Now theres an idea....if u want to show ur not happy...then give some poor slob warez kiddy ur cd key so he dont have to pay 50$
THAT will hit activision where it hurts.

If you think for a second they care about what we think your dreaming. We here at mods online are just a small group of people in the world. At 50 to 60 bucks a shot ( i spent 42 on the game) they don't care.

Just my thoughts...
