Can't copy and i can't make brushes bigger.pls help me.If i try it just moves


BTW:how do i know that everything is big enough(good scale)???

+i cant see some textures

ok... the copying..

Copying is done by selecting the brush you want to copy and pressing the spacebar.

Making brushes bigger: Make or select a brush, my leftclicking OUTSIDE the brush and moving your mouse you can change the dimensions. By leftclicking INSIDE the brush you can move the whole brush.

Scale: Place an actor in your map so you can see how big everything is in comparison to the players. (Actors can be placed by rightclicking in the 2d screen and going to "actors")

The textures: what textures can't you see?

I know how to copy and making brushes bigger but if i click outside the brush and move it it just moves.

shift + l/click to select the brush

in the 2d window l/click outside the brush and hold the click - then drag the brush larger

i know of no simpler way to explain this

What he said.. Plus for your scaling, as The_Caretaker said use an actor to get an idea plus if you searched under the CoD Faqs then you would also find this..

Player Max Jump =< 39 units
Player Width Clearance =< 31 units

The unit scale o­n this game seems to be about 1 unit : 1 inch. Most of the models I look best when scaled to 75%.

*To change the size of a model, add the modelscale key with a decimal value - 0.75 for 75% - in the entity box for the model.

Now the texture problem

If i click textures--->common then all the textures are white

make sure that your project settings (file --> project settings) are actually pointing to your installation directory

If that doesn't work, make sure you've followed the "setting up the editor" tutorials in the CoDUO tutorial section.
