I have COD2 pre-ordered for the xbox360, but I want to get it for PC also so I can build some SP maps. The only problem is I have a Geforce 4mx graphics card which isn't the best card. So I was wondering will a Geforce 6600GT run COD2 on Normal or high settings? My other Specs are an AMD Athlon 3200+ proccessor, 512mb DDR SDRAM, and 60GB 7200RPM hard drive. Thanks for any help.

the g card you have will run the game great on normal or high settings i dont see why you should have a problem at all

NVIDIA GeForce 4 MX will run the game but not on high settings.

What i mean is if you want to use anti-aliasing you will
experience dramatic drop in FPS.

My System:

AMD Athlon XP 2200 GHz
RAM 768 Mb
NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 (128 MB)

I run the game both with 800x600 and 1024x768
and set texture quality to extra this is the highest quality.
And set anti-aliasing to 2x and get framerates of 50 to 70 FPS.

But download the demo and see what happens with your card.

make sure in your graphics option you choose for rendering "directx7" or you will get a very slow game no matter what the other settings are

Also I would try the demo but when I try downloading it says it will take 72 hours to download. Would a geforce 4mx card really run COD2? I would like to be atleast able to play the game while I wait for my 6600GT to come. Thanks for your guys help!
