it's been a long time since i did not modify cod ;-)
it does not seem to me that there is any command for that
but if I remember correctly you can change the main menu (mp_menu )
and erase american german russian british and leave in place just the auto-assign ...

I also don't remember how it's done,
but years back their was a UO clan who used the AWE Mod
and all their clan members were autoassigned German so they
allways played against the public.

( Not a good thing to do as they used it to CHEAT )
