I want to try radiant on win 10 but it's failing me no matter what I try, any ideas or links, I'm finding nothing.

Could you be more specific with what problems you're having? I had problems compiling maps but fixed it by changing compatibility to windows XP. Same for Radiant. Haven't had any problems since.

I'm getting no textures at all, never thought to try compatibility, trying it now. Failed.

If you're not seeing any textures, chances are you haven't set the editor up correctly. Go over the tutorials and check your settings. http://modsonline.com/Tutorials-read-231.html and part 2 http://modsonline.com/Tutorials-read-286.html

Thanks m8ty, but I'd say I'm an expert at editor setup (for xp at least) Done it so many times. ========================================== MAIN ==== add textures folder to the main folder find pak5.pk3, zip it, copy env/collmaps into main textures folder find pak0.pk3, zip it, copy xmodel into main folder UO == pakuo04.pk3, zip it, copy xmodel to uo folder UOTOOLS ======= UOTools game uo collmaps=uo folder so to recap....when looking at the installation directory: .../call of duty/main/textures/collmaps .../call of duty/main/textures/env .../call of duty/main/xmodel .../call of duty/UO/collmaps .../call of duty/UO/xmodel this is the PROPER way to set up your editor for United Offensive StrYdeR =============================================== It's just win 10 that fails me, with the (x86) It all apears correct (Location) but no textures.

Show your editor setup. File/Game settings/Edit Do you have a space before the (x86) and the correct drive listed. Mines E: basepath (.EXE location) e:/Program Files (x86)/Call of Duty/ SP Map Source e:\Program Files (x86)\Call of Duty\UOTools\map_source MP Map Source e:\Program Files (x86)\Call of Duty\UOTools\map_source rshcmd e:\Program Files (x86)\Call of Duty\UOTools\bin\ etc. edited on May. 10, 2018 05:28 pm by BA_GomerPyle

Yep, that's all correct. I think I will reinstall windows and start fresh. Will post result, Prob Sunday, thanks m8ty. ================================ Are you still playing Uo ?
