I didn't entirely understand the issue here.
What does each gsc file do? Map script? or what?
You want to use multiple gsc files in your map right?
Or you have multiple maps with one gsc file each?
And what is replaced from what? when this happens?

In the first case you can call a gsc main function from your map's main gsc like this:

thread maps\nameofyourextragscfile::main();

Given that there's a main function in the nameofyourextragscfile.gsc
that starts up the whole script.

Other than that I am not sure of what the problem is here.

I can hardly understand your syntax. Please use proper english when asking help for such complex matters.

You need to learn the basics of Call of Duty scripting you can either do everything in one gsc file or split it up. It's all the same.

You put
"maps\yourmap1::main();"
in yourmap.gsc file that you edit with text editor.

I however can't help any further.

It has been quite some time since I have done anything with scripting for the CoD series but...

Your "mission" gsc files can be combined into 1 larger .gsc file that is then executed in order

"objective 1"
--> do stuff
"objective 2"
--> do stuff

etc.

Bear in mind that all gsc files are loaded when the map loads and if multiple gsc files contain conflicting information the LAST file loaded will take precedence
