I've got a project for a mod of a PS2/PSP game, is there a community for doing stuff like this? I want to release a "balance patch" for the PS2 Armored core games, which didn't have DLC patches.

Basically I want to do a gameshark-like stat change of in-game values to incorporate balance and and feedback changes from From Software's Later games (Dark Souls) into their earlier games (Armored Core) so that the combat feels similar and more parts/weapons are viable than in the vanilla game.
