yeah

I can't stress it enough, you must MUST must MUST must load into your mod. Use a shortcut to load into your mod by all means.

"C:\Program Files\Doom 3\DOOM3.exe" +set fs_game "mod folder goes here"

that will load into your mod then load the editor once the game has booted up.

Ok this would probably be the last thing before I release any beta, the main startup screen. Are there any tutorials online about changing that so it's customized and when New Game is clicked it starts my first map? (I know you mentioned it in the setting up tutorial) I'll play around with it to try to figure it out too.

I've got a hall way connecting to a room and have a problem with it. At the end of the hallway it looks like a black wall and when you walk through it whatever's behind you turns into this black wall and the room ahead suddenly appears. Any ideas?

(I don't have any triggers or anything set in the doorway and when I set a light there it doesn't shine through to the opposite side)

For new questions you really should start new forum topics.

anyway, make sure you don't have two brushes occupying the same space. You may have two walls and the game is fighting which texture to display until the player gets closer to it.
