Hi all, i really gave too many tries on that.
I followed this tutorial step by step ever time i tried to make my minimaps.

I have 3 maps for my next release. I did minimaps in all of em.
In the 3rd map it works fine the player is shown in minimap where he should be.

In the other two there is a bug, the player is shown a few meters away from
where he should be and the places in minimap are not responding to the map. Its like re-positioned.
I tried to manually reposition it with Photoshop but no luck.
This image will make my point clear

Please help.

hi, i did not put no tile and nomip bilinear in asset , works for me, try it!

Hi. First, make sure when you cut your minimap picture from the screenshot, that you cut it precisely inside the lines.
Second, image height and width need to be 512x512.
Also make sure that you didn`t move minimap corners after making minimap picture.

thanks for reply. I took all these into consideration every time i tried to do it. It worked on one. wont work on others :I

Are you sure you did:

/set scr_minimap_height 10000 or above???

Maybe try /set scr_minimap_height 20000 and see if that works.

i dubble checked the 10.000 number every time i added it i will soon try 20.000 and tell you if it will work.

ech i had to play with the height.
In one map 10.000 was good in other 80.000 was good.
Minimaps caused a lot of trouble.
Since every time i edited with photoshop to make glow lines.
