Hi, trying to fix the rainbow on my large map, we have high jump servers in the clan I am funder of and I am making maps that have a high ceiling, anyway I used a box around my huge area but kept it just inside my sky box with light grid volume on it and 4 light probes evenly spaced around my play area and still have the rainbow. What am I doing wrong?

did you put reflection_probes and compiled reflections? if you put reflection probes then you need to compile reflections, and rainbow should be gone.

Yes I did, I am making my light grid volume just slightly smaller than my huge sky box and my "ground" that the players fight on is suspended in the middle of it and takes up 10% of the area. I am trying to make floating islands in the sky for my high jump server so players can jump from one to another, this is why the sky box is so big and also why the light grid volume cube is as well, am I doing it wrong? Should I only have small light grid volume areas on the play areas? then when they jump between two islands they will be rainbow?

Try making a grid through the compiler, theres an option, make new grid. Run your map, run a little through your map and build bsp, reflection and fastfile again.

can you be more specific? I see a box i can check for debug lightmaps but that does not sound like what you are talking about.

Yes. Also try to delete custom models if you added them.

Dont know about light probes. If you mean reflection probes then leave them.

@lunarkingdom, tell me something, how did you put light probes? I think you have no idea what you are doing, so i will expain it like this.
1. Right click on 2D grid, and select "reflection_probe".
place 1 in the middle of every room, or if you have a large room, place 2-4 of them.
2. Then compile reflections, and rainbow will be gone.
I think you placed normal light (right click - light), and that`s not it.
