Pretty much what the title implies...How would one get a different ambient track to play while the player is inside? :D

i don't think that is possible since sound uses radius, so it would be heard trough walls. but what you could do is make a sound for every room and let it play for each player with a sound script, that is how you will avoid hearing other room sounds.

I know it possible due to something called trigger/ambient_int, I just cant figure out how to use it.
