Hello I am Goon,

I recently started creating maps and found a moderate kind of "brief" selection of tutorials, which dont actually go in depth on certain aspects of creating maps.

My problem I have right now is how to add a "global light". Now, when I say this I don't mean sunlight that shines through a window and lights up a room. I mean a GLOBAL light that I can just add, throw into a map, and have it shine through walls ect. The effect I am trying to make would be similar to the lighting on this video.

Notice how there isnt just one or two light probes thrown around the map?
It seems fluid like a single light source that has lit the entire map at once. ( even inside )

If these are just light entities then how do they make them almost un noticable?

Global light is done in Entity.
Some examples can be found Click HERE

Now, i see this video and i think this is done by making the tiles like glass in asset manager, so they shine and light goes through it.
Since i can see other parts of the map through the wall, i think that is the case. Also may be using specular map image.
