Its been a while since ive read the terms of use of the mod tools and i cant browse back to it. So for you guys who may know is there a way to sell my work on cod4 mod tools? I think there is not because the tools provided are Infinity Wards and any work on them can not be considered as my own work but as a work on someones else work, right?

No, you are not allowed to sell your own work. The terms and conditions for the tools does not allow it.

Sure mate, I had just the idea of 99.9% chance... hey I remember you, you remember prologue map we worked on? Well the past two days it is really upgraded. Would you like to take a look?

You can sell your services, ie. the time it takes to make a map because thats your time, but you cannot sell the results of your work. So lets say someone wants a map made to specification, you can say "sure, il do it for $xx" but you couldnt say "sure but the map will cost you $xx".
